| Meet the Tigers at the 2nd Annual |

Spring, Texas. Klein Collins Cross Country/Track Booster Club’s 2nd Annual "Junior Tiger Fun Run," a one-mile fun run for youth in 1st – 6th grade, will be Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. The run will begin near the Klein Collins Track and follow around the KCHS campus.

“Last year we had great participation with nearly 100 young runners. This year we anticipate doubling our participation” said Coach Bevan.
The booster club and Runner's World sponsors the annual event for youth to encourage youth in our community to use sport of running to maintain healthy lifestyles while fund-raising for our cross-country and track teams. Prior to the start of the race there will be stretching and warm ups presented by KC Cross Country & Track team and other area athletes will accompany youth on their run, where afterward cool down activities, refreshments, and a “Meet the Tigers” event will be offered.
The first 150 youth registering for the event will receive a free T-shirt and goodie bag. There is a $15 entry fee. At “Meet the Tigers”, students will interact with the athlete’s and have opportunities to win many giveaways.
