Wunsche Accepting Applications for 2010-11 School Year
Spring, TX. Spring ISD students who are interested in attending Carl Wunsche Sr. High School during the 2010-11 school year may apply online now through Oct. 31. The application is available on the CWHS home page at academy.springisd.org. Students need to be enrolled in and attending either Dekaney High School, Spring High School or Westfield High School to apply.
An application process needs to be completed for the applicant to be considered. Students must complete the online application and write an essay discussing their interest in their chosen career pathway and why they feel they would be a good candidate for CWHS. Finally, they need to print the parent acknowledgement form and staple the signed form to their essay and deposit them in the “Wunsche box” located in their home campus counselor’s office.

For students to be eligible to attend CWHS, they must have credit for their ninth-grade core classes - English 1, Algebra 1, IPC or Biology and World Geography - and be promoted to the tenth grade. Admission offers will be mailed in February 2010.
