EXPLORESPRING.COM MONTHLY PHOTO CONTEST SPONSORSHIP / MARKETING AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, is by and between the submittor of this form (this entity being referred to hereinafter as �Sponsor�) and ExploreSpring., whose address is 1010 Spring-Cypress Rd, #133, Spring, Texas 77373 (hereinafter referred to as �ExploreSpring�). Whereas ExploreSpring agrees to provide advertising for the benefit of the Sponsor on www.explorespring.com in connection with the Monthly Photo Contest Sponsored. $35 sponsor level will receive a ExploreSpring Certificate of Appreciation, and will be featured on ExploreSpring�s Contest page, and monthly newsletter as a Contest Sponsor, with a link to their business directory listing for the sponsorship month(s) only. $40 level Sponsors will receive benefits of lower level as well as, a one-time use 10% off coupon on a future purchase. $100 level Sponsors will receive benefits of lower level as well as link to their web site, and an article in Featured Businesses Section. $200 level Sponsors will receive benefits of lower level as well as 1 month Free in business directory business card rotator, and their logo or web-site on that month's ExploreSpring T-shirt give away contest winner�s shirt(s). $500 level Sponsors will receive benefits of lower level as well as choice of 3 month business card rotator on home and business directory pages or 3 month upper & lower banner rotator. In consideration for said advertising, the sponsor hereby agrees to sponsor award package(s) in support of the ExploreSpring.com Monthly Photo Contest for the month(s) indicated below and pay $25 contest management fee. The sponsor agrees to provide either a legal tender, Visa/MC Gift Card or Company Product or Service as indicated below. Sponsor understands: Sponsorships are monthly, and a new prize must be provided for each month sponsored. Sponsor understands that this agreement is a binding contract. Sponsor agrees to provide logo in camera/printable ready format. Sponsorship Benefits: The sponsors shall be entitled to receive all the benefits provided in this document for the Sponsorship level chosen. Prizes must be provided in full to entitle the sponsor to the benefits provided. The fact that the sponsors has not made provided prizes due herein within the time scheduled will not relieve the sponsor from the legal obligation to provide all prizes or pay all sums of money agreed to under this agreement. In the event the ExploreSpring shall be required to institute legal proceedings to enforce any provisions of this agreement they shall be entitled to receive their reasonable attorney�s fees and costs incurred, in addition to any other relief granted. In the event that the Monthly Photo Contest is cancelled or is otherwise unable to be carried out, the sponsors prizes will be returned. Deadline: In order to guarantee all benefits associated with printed materials, your sponsorship commitment needs to be made by the 10th of the month preceding sponsorship. Prizes/Payment must be received 15 days prior to the commencement of the contest. Every effort will be made to accommodate later commitments. ExploreSpring Monthly Photo Contests ExploreSpring.com runs two Monthly photography contests -- featuring a different theme each month and open theme. All theme contests will accept entries the month prior start of the contest. All photo contests run from the 1st to the last day of each month and will be started 8:00 a.m. CST and close at 6:00 p.m. CST. Official Rules: Entries will be accepted between 1st and last day of each month. All entrants must be 13 years of age or older. Kids age 12 and under may enter photos, but only through a sponsoring parent or adult guardian. Entries will be accepted from residents in the Houston Metro Area, except where indicated. You must have taken the photos you submit YOURSELF. ExploreSpring.com associates or family members of associates are not eligible to enter. The Theme's for the monthly contests are as follows. Custom themes are available for a $100 fee. January � Baby New New Year. Post your first pictures of your newborn and enter to win a Bringing Home Baby package. No Animals. February � Sweethearts. Showcase your love in the ExploreSpring.com Sweetheart Photo Contest. Limited to 2 persons per photo. No Animals. March -- Baby, you should be in pictures! Do you have a beautiful baby age 0 to 3? Be sure to enter our all-new Baby Picture Contest! No Animals. April � Cute Kid. Do you have the Cutest Kid age 4 to 17? Be sure to enter our all-new Cutest Kid Photo Contest! No Animals. May � Mommy & Me. The contest is all about spotlighting the relationship between a mother and her child(ren). June � Dad & Me. Children and families are invited to share color photos of fun, meaningful moments with their fathers and the other �dads� in their lives, including uncles, stepfathers and grandfathers. July � BFF. Do you have a special friendship? Show us who your REAL best friend is. August -- Best Moments of Summer Vacation. Showcase the highlight�s of your summer. September � Annual Explore Spring Texas Calendar Photo Contest. Photo�s of life in Spring, to be printed in annual calendar. October � Cutest Pet. Showcase your pet family member in this contest. November � Vet�s in Action. Best photo of our service member�s at work. December � Christmas Photo Contest. Do you think your house has the best decorations or prettiest tree? Are you known in your neighborhood for your decked-out Christmas trees? Do people drive by your house just to see your yard decorations? Do you dress up as Santa, an elf, an angel or snowman to perk up your holiday celebration? Do you have an adorable Christmas photo of a family member?
